Default Vision of Glint 20000 XP Quests

I just found these today, wow they are hard. I dunno if anyone has found these because they are quite well hidden:

Go to Droknar's Forge and kneel on that section where there is a sort of ice carving of Glint the Dragon (to the left of the storage). Kneel there and then a mission comes up, complete that and then 3 more missions appear. They reward you with 20000 xp.

The only problem is, on the Ascalon Mission (where you go out of the walls and help the King) the char are all level 24 (not a problem you might say for a 4 man level 20 team). Wrong, i have not seen any level 20s at the spawn location you go out of to create a team and the henchies are still low level; they are killed by the char in 2 or 3 hits.

So what i am saying is that if you have not found these missions then please please populate the spawn areas so a level 20 like me can find other level 20s to complete the quests with.

finished all titans quest the hardest one are in kryta!! Well ithink anyways!! Defend drok is pretty easy, And the northen Gate one also pretty easy, for that one bring winter and a cold damage bow!! For defend drok bring greater conflagaration, Ice creatures, and a fire damage bow, thats if your a ranger!!

The other two just need a good grp!!! And a Ranger with health degen!! Poison!!

Hmm yeh i thought so. For the ascalon one i thought a ranger with winter would be useful. I just tryed it with 2 warriors and a healing monk twice; failed both times but we got quite far (only 2 groups left). The problem with me was that i ran out of energy quite quickly and those damn fists at the end kept us fighting them instead of the new group that comes.

Sorry that everyone knows, i didnt play GW for 3-4 months so i missed a few things.

Remember, Winter turns all elemental damage to cold damage, using weapons that deal physical damage will have no effect unless you also use Greater Conflagaration at the same time.

wrong. adding a elemental upgrade to the weapon (ie firey bow grip) makes the weapon deal elemental damage.

How is fallot wrong? Physical damage weapons will always do physical damage unless GC (or something else like Judge's Insight) is up. Elemental mods are different and not affected by GC. You can add elemental mods to weapons but not everyone does.

wrong. You can equip physical damage weapons with items such as Firey Sword Hilts. Casting GC will change all physical damage, including the weapons with elemental mods. And, yes, you can add elemental mods to weapons, but not everyone does.

Greater conflag SPECIFICALLY says changes all PHYSICAL damage to fire. If you have an icy hilt on your sword, it WILL stay icy even with a greater conflag up because ICY is ELEMENTAL damage. If you still have your doubts, guildwiki should be able to help.

konrow, if u completed droks then go back to glint-get ur reward-and you will be assigned the others to do in any order u wish...

And as for the elemental dmg bit...I got an IDS and greater conflag is out...I smack a Titan's Heart with my IDS, greater conflag states turn all physical dmg into fire dmg, the fact my IDS usually deals ice dmg doesn't change the fact that it will deal fire dmg...cuz with the icy mod my atk is a ELEMENTAL AND A PHYSICAL ATK (elemental with the icy, physical cuz its a sword)

How do you get these quests? I /kneel at Glint, but nothing happens. Is it because I have not completed the game?

I specifically stated that weapons dealing physical damage would not be affected. Of course if you add an elemental mod it will be converted to cold damage. However, you can never be sure that the warriors or other rangers on your team have such weapons. Many people dont seem to understand that.
